A thorough consultation will be conducted to understand your preferences, style, and vision. This will help us create a design that reflects your personality and meets your expectations.
Our skilled designers will develop sketches and design concepts based on the consultation. We will collaborate with you to refine the design until it aligns perfectly with your vision.
We offer a curated selection of high-quality fabrics for you to choose from. Our team will guide you through the options to ensure the fabric complements the design and suits your comfort.
Precise measurements will be taken to ensure a tailored fit. Any changes in your body measurements after the initial consultation may impact the final fit and require adjustments.
Once the final design is agreed upon, a detailed cost estimate will be provided. A deposit is required before we begin creating the dress. The remaining balance will be due upon completion.
Custom dress creation takes time. The production timeline will be communicated to you based on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Rush orders may incur additional charges.
To achieve a flawless fit, fittings may be required during the dress creation process. Please ensure your availability for fittings as agreed upon with our team.
Minor alterations are included to refine the fit and details. However, major design changes or additional alterations beyond the scope of the original design may incur extra charges.
During the initial consultation, we will discuss your alteration needs and expectations. It's important to communicate your preferences clearly to achieve the desired results.
Fittings are essential for precise alterations. We recommend wearing the undergarments and shoes you intend to wear with the garment during fittings.
Our skilled tailors will carry out alterations based on the agreed-upon modifications. Any additional alterations requested beyond the initial agreement may result in extra charges and extended completion time.
Alteration completion times will be provided at the time of consultation. Factors such as the complexity of alterations and our current workload may impact the timeline.
A final fitting will be scheduled to ensure the alterations meet your expectations. It's important to attend the final fitting to make sure you are satisfied with the results.
A deposit is required before we initiate the custom dress design or alteration process. This deposit is non-refundable and covers design development, fabric sourcing, and initial labor.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the custom dress or alteration service. Payment can be made in cash or through accepted electronic payment methods.
Due to the personalized nature of custom dress design, deposits are non-refundable after the design process has begun.
Alteration Services: Once alterations have commenced, refunds will not be provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with the completed alterations, we will work with you to address any concerns
